Refund Policy

Your health and happiness is our most important priority. If after 90 days of working with any one of our elixirs you are not happy with it, send the empty bottles back for a full refund of your order in store credit, minus shipping, and handling. During these 90 days you must have used the elixirs as directed, for they need adequate time to upgrade your body and make the desired changes. Now Alchemy elixirs are not stimulants, and are not designed for flavor our immediate gratification. Now Alchemy elixirs are designed to be all natural and work synergistically with your body to cause positive long term change after being used consistently for at least three months. Now Alchemy does not add sugars, artificial flavors, colors and dyes or any other unnatural, unhealthy ingredient to adjust the taste or look of the elixirs. This is because we believe in letting nature run it's course, and know that your taste buds are designed to experience all of the natural alkaloids in the foods you consume, as this is an important part of the medicinal process.

No refunds on Sezzle orders.

To initiate a refund for your order or if your order arrives damaged, contact us via our Customer Service Email: support@nowalchemy.com to notify us of the problem. We will request that you send us back the item and we will refund you the shipping charges. We will send you a replacement once we receive the damaged item back to us.

All returns must have the original receipt or invoice.

All elixir return shipments must include all original internal packing materials, boxes, and containers. Now Alchemy does not send duplicate when tracking shows the order has been delivered to the address on file.

All returns must be made by the original purchaser.

If you wish to Change, Cancel or Return your order, there will be an 18% additional restocking fee on the total of your order. If you wish to return your order you must pay the shipping and return charges.

Refunds will be made in the form of store credit.

International Shipping

Due to customs ceizing CBD packages we do not ship internationally. We only ship within the United States.
